Developed by a language service provider and interpreter

Ahmed Soliman is the founder and managing director of Solaris Services GmbH. He is a publicly sworn interpreter, an authorized translator, a member of the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators (BDÜ) and has led language service operations for more than a decade.

Through Tim Sprachendienste, he is responsible for real interpreting operations serving public authorities, public institutions and other organizations. The operational challenges arising from this work became the foundation for NEOLANG.

Technology shaped by daily operations

NEOLANG was developed to solve problems that occur every day in real interpreting operations. These include unstructured requests, urgent assignments, changing availability, multiple communication channels and extensive billing administration.

Every core capability is therefore based on a concrete operational need and not simply on what technology can make possible.
